Branded Login Screen 2.0 Released
Ok. Here it is. I will be submitting the plugin to Weblog Tools Collection very soon and I should have it in subversion at WordPress so you can get it from the plugins archive as well. Let me know what you think in the comments. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Description
The Branded Login Screen has been updated to version 2.0 and along with that come many changes. The ability to place a hi-res, full-screen image as the background of your login screen opens up many avenues for branding your WordPress site. Along with placing the login form itself in three different positions on the page and the flexibility is endless. Take a look below at the new features and the instructions for a successful installation of the Branded Login Screen.

Upgrading From A Previous Version
To upgrade from a previous version of this plugin, follow the installation instructions below. Allow your FTP client to copy the entire contents of the ZIP file over the top of the plugin in its current location replacing existing files.
Installing The Plugin
Extract all files from the ZIP file, making sure to keep the file structure intact, and then upload the plugin’s folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
Then just visit the Administration Section >> Plugins page – and activate the plugin.

Plugin installed and works fine on WordPressMU. I found no issues on my install of WPMU 2.9.1.1.

location change of the login form. Remember to recomment the sections if you wish to reposition the form.
Screenshots
The plugin also accommodates repeating images. Just a few css changes as documented in the branded-login-screen.css file included with the plugin.
Click on the images above to see a screenshot of the positioned login form or take a look at my login page to see the Branded Login Screen in action. I love the full screen graphic affect. The plugin defaults with the login form on the right side of the login page. This is easily changeable with a css edit. The css to center and left justify is included and only needs to be uncommented.

frankly, i was hoping to have a normal plugin setup, under settings. Where we upload a 1024×768 picture and have a GUI interface to setup the login screen… or is it in progress?
You have a simpletip error in your javasscript page. I think it’s in the last line of the file….

@Muhammand – I have plans for an options page but wanted to get the plugin out the door. Yes, it is in progress.
@TeraS – Yes and thanks. I noticed this on my local copy but have not cleaned up the install zip. I will edit the file and have it out there very soon. Thanks again for the eyes.
I would like to brand my own logo and site, not Wordpress by default or another by adding a plug-in. Is it possible to replace the logo and customize “Welcome” at the top of the log-in and also remove the three links from the bottom of the page? Thanks, Rob.
