The issue: I could not get any of the popular FLV plugins to work on my site. They would all install and posting was easy enough but for some reason they would never start an FLV stream.

Install and Configure PHP5 with IIS6 on Windows Server 2003
Found this on the internet when I was building my windows server. I needed PHP installed so it would work with IIS 6. The tutorial mentions PHP 5.0.4 on Windows 2003 SP1 as tested. I used PHP 5.2.5 on Windows 2003 SP2.
